can you guess why i am inspired by snow white’s seven dwarves today?

well, i guess it’s because i have some news…and the news is that i’m off to work!  while i have truly enjoyed blogging full time for fun, an amazing opportunity has popped up that i just couldn’t pass up.  so in a couple of weeks, i’ll be returning to the working world!  i will continue blogging as often as i can, though my posts will probably be more sporadic.  i am taking tomorrow and all of next week off so i can soak in my last days of freedom.  and i also have to do some grown-up things like buy my first car (yikes!) so i can commute to work!

thank you all so much for following the blog so far — it has been a joy to write!  and thanks for sticking with me while my life adjusts a bit.  i’ll keep you all posted and i’ll see you back here in a couple of weeks!

UPDATE:  of course everyone is curious about where i’m headed and i decided i might as well spill the beans.  for some reason i was feeling superstitious about not revealing before i actually start, but perhaps that is silly!  i going back to my merchandising roots at a baby & kids brand called peek…aren’t you curious.  i am so elated to work with the most adorable baby & kids clothing and accessories — please check out their website and follow them on twitter and facebook!  thanks for all of your lovely, supportive messages!
